Shipping
Orders: Orders may be placed online, by phone or in person.
Shipping: Orders may be shipped by UPS Ground, Spee-dee Delivery or Common Carrier, depending on size of order. Items that are in stock are delivered within 1 – 2 weeks, items not in stock could take 4 – 6 weeks and custom made orders could take longer. We will contact you about custom orders. We will only ship to Canada out of the continental US and additional shipping charges will apply.
Delivery: Custom work and Furniture will be delivered via common carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time with the customer. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the location and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided. The customer should inspect all freight for damages before signing the bill of lading for the shipment. Once you sign the bill of lading you own the merchandise and are responsible for any damages.
Charges: The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of merchandise. Both the freight charges and the restocking fee will be reduced from the customer refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while in transit. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Accounts not Paid within terms are subject to 1.5% per month service charge. No returns allowed without prior approval of Ryan’s Rustic Railings & Furniture, Inc.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it, you must call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned within 30 day in its original package, in resalable condition. Remember to insure the merchandise as any damage that may occur in shipping is the responsibility of the customer until received by Ryan’s Rustic Railings & Furniture. An additional 3% charge may be added to credit card charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 25% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise.
Customized Orders: We do not accept returns or issue refunds on customized orders. We will replace the merchandise if it is damaged.
